Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bright Corner Property Management is a Fresno property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
