Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Summit Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Honolulu caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
