Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Fox Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
