Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Chicago supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
