Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
