Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Silverline Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charlotte area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
