Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Juniper Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
