Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Fern Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Oakland, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
