Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Granite Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
