Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Birch Care Services Associates is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
