Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Granite Learning Group is an education provider in El Paso serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
