Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Northwind Field Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
