Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Silverline Lantern Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cincinnati, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
