Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Northwind Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Rochester serving students and families, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
