Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Orlando. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
