Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Nest Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
