Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Ember Financial serves customers across Denver with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
