Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Cedar Forge Freight is a Wichita logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
