Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Fern Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
