Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Hollow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Madison. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
