Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Amberfield Lakeside Telecom is a telecommunications provider in New Orleans focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
