Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Orlando. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
