Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Silverline Loom Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Atlanta area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
