Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Reno with personal care and coordination, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
