Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Quarry Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
