Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Health Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
