Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Ivory Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Little Rock focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
