Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Loom Financial Group is a financial-services company in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
