Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Columbus. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
