Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Northwind Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in St. Louis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
