Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
