Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Harbor Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
