Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Forge Freight and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
