Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Providence, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
