Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook River Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Detroit region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 766 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
