Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Families are partners. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
