Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
