Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Redstone Basin Legal Group is a Savannah practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
