Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Umber Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
