Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Beacon Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Richmond. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
