Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Cedar Ivory Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
