Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cleveland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
