Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Harbor Hospitality is a hospitality company in Columbus with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
