Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Beacon Markets Group is a Denver retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
