Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Memphis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
