Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
