Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bright Sparrow Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Portland focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
