Recruiter - interview scheduling (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Hollow Telecom Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
