Recruiter - interview scheduling (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Harbor Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Raleigh with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 571 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
