Recruiter - interview scheduling (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Bright Glen Inspection Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
